Each tablescape by Our Daily Table is thoughtfully curated using collected, thrifted, and timeless pieces.

Every rental is styled with intention, care, and reverence for gathering.

Included With Every Tablescape

  • Curated tableware and serveware aligned with your selected package and style

  • Complete place settings (plates, glassware, flatware as applicable)

  • Thoughtful tabletop accents (candles, vessels, linens, or textural elements)

  • Wine decanters, chillers, and other specialty vessels styled upon request

  • On-site styling and placement of all tabletop elements

  • Design cohesive to the chosen theme and occasion

Optional Enhancements

  • Floral Arrangements
    Custom floral designs in collaboration with a local florist or flower farm

  • Personal Dish Styling
    Styling using the your own china, heirloom pieces, or collected tableware

  • Extended Styling Time
    For photo shoots or longer gatherings

Not Included

  • Food, beverages, or catering services

  • Tables, chairs, or furniture rentals

  • Table linens unless specified in your package or selected as an add-on

  • Venue setup beyond the tabletop surface

  • Final cleanup of food or drink items

Client Responsibilities

  • Breakdown and packing of rented items is not included

  • All dishes and serveware must be hand washed, dried, and returned in original condition prior to pickup or return

  • Items should be free of food residue, wax, or liquids

Care & Stewardship

All pieces are thoughtfully sourced and cared for with intention. As some items are rare or difficult to replace, a card will be kept on file as a care authorization for each booking and only applied in the event of broken, damaged, or missing items beyond normal wear. Normal signs of use are expected and lovingly accounted for.

Our hope is that each table is fully enjoyed and returned with the same care with which it was prepared.

A Note on Style

Every table is styled with intention. While we honor inspiration requests, final styling decisions are guided by our design expertise to ensure a cohesive and beautiful table.
